The Motorola Moto Z3 Play shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a camera with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The Moto Z3 Play counts with a bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 8 counts with better battery duration than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs more money than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto Z3 Play. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Motorola Moto Z3 Play, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
