The Galaxy A42 is better than Huawei Mate 8, getting an 87 score against 77.4. Although the Galaxy A42 is way newer than the Huawei Mate 8, it is a bit heavier and a little thicker. Huawei Mate 8 has a little bit better screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch of screen and a better 1080 x 1920 resolution.
