Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 8 has a global score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A6's 75.8 overall score. Although it's the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Huawei Mate 8 is a noticeably older, a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than Galaxy A6. Huawei Mate 8 features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A6, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 8 features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a just a bit greater amount of pixels in each display inch, a bit bigger display and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px. The Galaxy A6 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a camera with a 16 mega-pixels, the Galaxy A6 also counts with a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography.
Huawei Mate 8 has a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A6, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds 272 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 8 has improved battery duration than Galaxy A6, because it has a 33% bigger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A6. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A6, letting go some features and specs.
