Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 has a score of 77.4, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A70's 76.9 score. The Huawei Mate 8 is a just a bit heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A70, but they are equally thin. The Galaxy A70 has a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a just a bit greater number of pixels per inch of screen, a quite bigger display and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Galaxy A70 features a better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy A70 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei Mate 8 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A70, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Samsung Galaxy A70 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh. Huawei Mate 8 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei Mate 8 also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A70. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A70, resigning a couple features and specifications.
