Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a general score of 80.4, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 8's overall score of 77.4. Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's design has the same thickness than Huawei Mate 8, but it's just a little lighter. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a slightly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better display density.
Huawei Mate 8 has a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's CPU is very similar to the Huawei Mate 8 one, both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition shoots slightly better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a much less mega pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video definition and a larger camera aperture to take better captures in low light situations.
