The Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a battery life that's very similar to the Huawei Mate 8 one. The Galaxy S21 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a way less megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 costs a bit more than Huawei Mate 8, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
