Xperia 5 III is much better than Huawei Mate 8, with a 90.5 score against 77.4. The Xperia 5 III is a a lot newer and just a little lighter cellphone than Huawei Mate 8, but it's a little bit thicker. Sony Xperia 5 III features just a bit better display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bit larger screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2520 resolution and a bit better number of pixels in each inch of screen.
Xperia 5 III features a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
