Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 8, having a general score of 82.3 against 77.4. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's design is noticeably newer, but just a little bit heavier and thicker than the Huawei Mate 8. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a just a bit more pixels per screen inch, a quite larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture.
The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a battery life that is very similar to Huawei Mate 8's battery duration.
