Comparison review
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 8, getting an 80.5 score against 77.4. Even though the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is extremely newer than the Huawei Mate 8, it is a little heavier and a little thicker. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a little bit larger screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The Huawei Mate 8 features a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 128 GB. Huawei Mate 8 has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's battery performance is just as good as the Huawei Mate 8 one. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a camera in the back with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution, a lot better 3840x2160 video definition and a bigger diafragm aperture.
