Huawei Mate 8 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with a global score of 77.4 against 75.8. The Huawei Mate 8 body is a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, but it is just a little bit heavier and was released many years before. Huawei Mate 8 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has a bit greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2160.
