Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a global score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 8's global score of 77.4. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is notably newer than Huawei Mate 8, it's just a little bit thicker and just a little heavier. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a little bigger screen and a bit better screen density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has slightly more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
