Motorola Edge 20 Pro is better than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, having a 92.8 score against 82.7. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge 20 Pro has older 12 version and Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Motorola Edge 20 Pro's design is way newer than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design's, but it's heavier and a little bit thicker.
