Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a general score of 82.7, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 score. The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design body is just a bit thinner and a bit lighter than OnePlus 8 UW, even though it was released many years before. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10.
OnePlus 8 UW features just a little better performance than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a greater amount of RAM. The OnePlus 8 UW has a little bit better display than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit lower display density, it also counts with a larger screen.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a way bigger storage for apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8 UW features a bit better battery performance than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. The OnePlus 8 UW captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a lot better resolution camera, faster 60 fps video frame rates, a larger camera aperture and a lot larger sensor.
