Samsung Galaxy F23 is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, with an 84.6 score against 82.7. The Samsung Galaxy F23 is a a lot newer and a lot lighter phone than the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, although it's also just a little bit thicker. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy F23 has the previous 12 version while Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
