Huawei Mate 9 Pro is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone, having a 78.7 score against 77.1. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is an older cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone, but it is lighter and thinner anyway. Asus ROG Phone features just a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a greater pixels density. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a greater camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photography, a smaller sensor capturing worse quality photographs and slower 30 fps video frame rates, they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution.
