Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is much better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, having a general score of 89 against 78.7. Google Pixel 5's body is newer and lighter than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's, but it is also a little bit thicker. Google Pixel 5 has a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Google Pixel 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with just a bit better screen than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560px resolution and a just a bit higher screen pixel density. Google Pixel 5 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Google Pixel 5 also has a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a more mega pixels back camera, a way larger diafragm aperture and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Google Pixel 5's memory to install applications and games is very similar to Huawei Mate 9 Pro's one, both have the same 128 GB internal memory. The Google Pixel 5 has just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 4080mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Google Pixel 5 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes it a great choice.
