The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is slightly better than the Honor Magic6 Pro, getting a 78.7 score against 76.6. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Honor Magic6 Pro has Android 14 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and optimized performance. Huawei Mate 9 Pro's body is extremely lighter and thinner than Honor Magic6 Pro.
The Honor Magic6 Pro features a little faster processing unit than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Honor Magic6 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit sharper display than Honor Magic6 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
The Honor Magic6 Pro features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Honor Magic6 Pro takes a lot better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Honor Magic6 Pro also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate, a much larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and video, a way higher 50 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a much bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs.
The Honor Magic6 Pro has a very superior battery life than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 5600mAh battery size.
