Huawei Mate 30 has a global score of 84, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's 78.7 overall score. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 has the previous 10 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though the Huawei Mate 30 is newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features just a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Huawei Mate 30's storage capacity for games and applications is very similar to the Huawei Mate 9 Pro one, both of them have equal internal memory. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
