Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 5G is better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, having an 87.4 score against 78.7. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 30 5G has the previous 10 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Huawei Mate 30 5G body is a lot newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro's, although it's somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per inch in the display. Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with as much storage capacity for games and applications as Huawei Mate 9 Pro, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory.

Huawei Mate 30 5G has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a lot bigger camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a larger camera aperture, a camera with way more megapixels and better video frame rates.
