The Huawei P Smart (2021) is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, with a 79.2 score against 78.7. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P Smart (2021) has the previous 10 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Huawei P Smart (2021)'s design is noticeably newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than Huawei Mate 9 Pro.
