Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro has a general score of 81.4, which is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's score of 78.7. These devices come with Android OS, but Huawei P20 Pro has older 10 version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Huawei P20 Pro body is newer, but just a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro.
Huawei P20 Pro's CPU is just as good as the processing unit in Huawei Mate 9 Pro, they have a 6 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a greater camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a bigger camera aperture to take better low light images and video, a lot better 40 MP resolution back-facing camera and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality.
The Huawei P20 Pro counts with as much storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Huawei Mate 9 Pro one, they have equal internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 9 Pro and Huawei P20 Pro have very similar batteries performance.
Huawei P20 Pro not only is the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
