Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a global score of 78.7, which is a bit better than the LG G7 One's 76.8 score. Although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro is older and a bit heavier than the LG G7 One, it's construction is still just a bit thinner. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG G7 One has Android 10 version, providing the user some additional features and increased performance.
The LG G7 One features a bit better display than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a quite larger screen, a quite higher quantity of pixels in each screen inch and a slightly better 1440 x 3120px resolution. LG G7 One counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG G7 One's CPU is very similar to Huawei Mate 9 Pro's processor, and although the LG G7 One has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features greater battery performance than LG G7 One, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The LG G7 One captures slightly better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the LG G7 One also counts with a much bigger camera aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
