The LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting an 84.3 score against 78.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version, giving you a couple additional features. LG G8 ThinQ is a incredibly newer and just a little bit lighter phone than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, but it's also a little thicker.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Both have 8 cores and the same RAM memory amount. The LG G8 ThinQ features a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a little bit greater pixels density, a little higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a little bigger screen.

LG G8 ThinQ has a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera and the same (4K) video definition, the LG G8 ThinQ also has faster video frame rates, a larger sensor and a lot bigger camera aperture.

The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit longer battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the LG G8 ThinQ is also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes it an easy decision.
