LG G8S ThinQ is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting an 82.5 score against 78.7. LG G8S ThinQ's construction is way newer, but a little heavier and just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but LG G8S ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version, providing the user a lot of extra features.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a little sharper display than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater screen density. LG G8S ThinQ counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
