Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a little bit better than LG Q70, with a 78.7 score against 77.9. Even though Huawei Mate 9 Pro is noticeably older than LG Q70, it's body is lighter and just a bit thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it offers lots of additional features.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit more vivid screen than LG Q70, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better CPU than LG Q70, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The LG Q70 features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG Q70 has a much better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG Q70 also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light situations, a lot more MP back camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
The LG Q70 and Huawei Mate 9 Pro have really similar battery performance.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Q70. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the LG Q70, letting go a couple features and specs.
