Comparison review
Motorola edge is better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, with a score of 89.6 against 78.7. The Motorola edge design is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola edge has the older 10 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little bit better display than Motorola edge, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per display inch. Motorola edge and Huawei Mate 9 Pro both have very similar CPUs, both of them have 8 processing cores and a 6 GB RAM.
The Motorola edge counts with a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage. The Motorola edge features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
The Motorola edge has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola edge also has a much bigger back camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality, a camera with a much better 64 mega pixels resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Motorola edge is also a bargain compared to others.
