Samsung Galaxy A30s is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting a general score of 79.8 against 78.7. The Samsung Galaxy A30s design has the same thickness than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, but it is a little lighter. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A30s has the previous 11 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen and a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A30s counts with a superior memory to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A30s also has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A30s, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy A30s counts with a battery duration that's just as good as the battery duration in Huawei Mate 9 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy A30s shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A30s also has a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low light situations and a lot higher resolution camera.
