Comparison review
The Galaxy A50 has a global score of 83.8, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's general score of 78.7. The Galaxy A50 construction has the same thickness than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, but it is a little lighter. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Galaxy A50 counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A50 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy A50 features a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a larger camera sensor capturing better quality photographs and videos, a much more megapixels camera in the back and a much larger camera aperture.
Samsung Galaxy A50's battery lifetime is just as good as Huawei Mate 9 Pro's battery duration.
