Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, getting a 78.7 score against 76.3. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro design is somewhat thicker and extremely heavier than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. These phones include Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a lot better screen pixel density, a much better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a larger screen. Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 96 GB more internal memory.

Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, else you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, giving up some features and specs.
