The Galaxy F23 construction is way newer and noticeably lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy F23 has older 12 version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
