Galaxy F62 is much better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting an 88.1 score against 78.7. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy F62 has an older 11 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy F62 body is a lot newer, but thicker and a lot heavier than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro.
