Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting a global score of 80.4 against 78.7. Although the Galaxy Note Fan Edition and Huawei Mate 9 Pro were released only a couple months apart, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition design is just a bit thicker but a bit lighter. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1440 x 2560, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also counts with a little higher pixel density.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a little bit better memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a little faster processor than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition and Huawei Mate 9 Pro both feature quite similar cameras, and although the Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a much larger aperture and a larger camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality, they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a same resolution camera and the same video frame rate.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 25% bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making it an easy decision.
