Comparison review
Huawei Mate 9 Pro is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 6, having a 78.7 score against 76.5. Despite being the best in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro construction is a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 6. The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a bit better processor than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Xiaomi Mi 6 has a screen that is just as good as Huawei Mate 9 Pro's display, although the Xiaomi Mi 6 has a just a little worse screen density, a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little bit smaller screen. Xiaomi Mi 6 features as much storage for applications, games, photos and videos as the Huawei Mate 9 Pro one, both of them have the same internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi 6 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a 0.34 inches back camera sensor, the same video quality, a 12 mega-pixels back facing camera and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light images and video.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 19% bigger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 6, resigning a couple specs and features.
