Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone 8 has a score of 83, which is better than Huawei Mate 9's 73.4 global score. Even though the Asus ZenFone 8 is somewhat thicker than the Huawei Mate 9, it's somewhat lighter and noticeably newer. The Asus ZenFone 8 features a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have a same size display, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a little better quantity of pixels per screen inch and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
Huawei Mate 9 features a little bit more memory to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Asus ZenFone 8 features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 9 and Asus ZenFone 8 feature incredibly similar battery performance.
