The Galaxy Alpha is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9, getting a global score of 76.3 against 73.4. The Galaxy Alpha is a somewhat thinner and notably lighter phone than Huawei Mate 9. The Galaxy Alpha and Huawei Mate 9 count with quite similar processing units, because although the Galaxy Alpha has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor.
