Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is much better than Huawei Mate 9, with a overall score of 83.3 against 73.4. Samsung Galaxy S9's design is newer and somewhat lighter, but a little thicker than the Huawei Mate 9. Galaxy S9 features a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate 9. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Galaxy S9 counts with a much better looking display than Huawei Mate 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better screen density and a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2960. Galaxy S9 features a much better camera than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same video quality, a same resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy S9 also has a bigger sensor capturing higher quality photographs and videos and a lot bigger aperture for better low-light images and video.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 features just a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 400 GB. Huawei Mate 9 has better battery performance than Galaxy S9, because it has a 33% larger battery size.
