Xiaomi 12 has an overall score of 78.8, which is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9's overall score of 73.4. Xiaomi 12's body is a lot newer and a little bit lighter, but a little bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 9. The Huawei Mate 9 counts with a very superior processing power than Xiaomi 12, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Xiaomi 12 has a more vivid display than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a little better screen density, a little bigger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Xiaomi 12 shoots a lot better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera, a much larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos and a way better video resolution.
Huawei Mate 9 features just a bit more storage for games and applications than Xiaomi 12, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi 12 features a little longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 9, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
