The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is much better than Huawei Mate 9, with a general score of 82.3 against 73.4. Although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is notably newer than the Huawei Mate 9, it's just a bit heavier and thicker. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a slightly higher 1080 x 2340px resolution and a little better number of pixels in each inch in the display. Huawei Mate 9 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Huawei Mate 9 one. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 takes a lot better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and video, a camera with a lot better resolution and a much larger sensor.
