Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a score of 86.6, which is better than Huawei Mate 9's global score of 73.4. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 body is much newer, but heavier and noticeably thicker than the Huawei Mate 9. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a little bit better screen than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a little bigger display, a bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a just a little higher number of pixels in each display inch. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 takes a lot better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a way larger sensor taking way higher quality photos and videos, a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos and videos and a much more mega-pixels camera.
Huawei Mate 9 counts with a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features superior battery duration than Huawei Mate 9, because it has an 18 percent bigger battery size.
