The Xiaomi Poco X2 is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 9, having a global score of 79.3 against 73.4. Although Xiaomi Poco X2 is noticeably newer than Huawei Mate 9, it's just a little bit heavier and thicker. The Xiaomi Poco X2 features just a bit better display than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a just a little better display pixels density, a little larger display and a little higher 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Huawei Mate 9 features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Poco X2, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. Xiaomi Poco X2 counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 9, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality videos and photos, a larger diafragm aperture and a camera in the back with a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution.

Xiaomi Poco X2 has just a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 9, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
