HTC U11 is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate S, with a 77.6 score against 75.3. The HTC U11 is a newer cellphone than the Huawei Mate S, although it's just a bit heavier and a bit thicker. The HTC U11 has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HTC U11 also has a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater pixel amount per screen inch.
The Huawei Mate S features a slightly bigger memory for apps and games than HTC U11, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
