Huawei Mate 20 is slightly better than Huawei Mate S, with a 79.5 score against 75.3. The Huawei Mate 20 is a way newer device than Huawei Mate S, but it is heavier and somewhat thicker. The Huawei Mate 20 has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
