Huawei Mate 30 has a general score of 84, which is better than Huawei Mate S's 75.3 overall score. Even though the Huawei Mate 30 is newer than the Huawei Mate S, it is thicker and noticeably heavier. The Huawei Mate 30 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 also has 5 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 30 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate S, because although it has a just a bit worse pixel number in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Huawei Mate 30 captures a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate S, because it has a much better video definition, a bigger camera aperture for better photos and videos in low light environments, a much larger back camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and videos and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate S count with really similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, they have exactly the same internal storage. The Huawei Mate 30 features a much longer battery performance than Huawei Mate S, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity.
