Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate S, getting a global score of 78.7 against 75.3. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro body is newer than the Huawei Mate S's, but it's a little bit heavier and a bit thicker. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixel number per screen inch.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro has as much storage to store more games and applications as the Huawei Mate S, they have the same internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has more RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a really longer battery life than Huawei Mate S, because it has a 48% more battery capacity. Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate S, because although it has a lesser mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a smaller back camera sensor and a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low light captures, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
