The Samsung Galaxy S20 is way better than the Huawei Mate S, getting a overall score of 94.8 against 75.3. The Samsung Galaxy S20 is a notably newer device than Huawei Mate S, although it is a little thicker and just a bit heavier. Galaxy S20 features a bit better performance than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 also has 9 GB more RAM memory.
