The Galaxy S23 is slightly better than Huawei Mate S, having a 77.9 score against 75.3. Galaxy S23 is a a bit thicker but a lot lighter device than the Huawei Mate S. Huawei Mate S counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy S23, although it has a little lower pixel count in each inch in the display, a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Galaxy S23's memory to install applications and games is just as good as Huawei Mate S's one, they have equal 128 GB internal memory.
