Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate S's 75.3 score. Galaxy S5 is an older and thicker cellphone than the Huawei Mate S, but Samsung managed to make it just a bit lighter anyway. The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a much sharper screen than Huawei Mate S, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a greater amount of pixels per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with just a bit better performance than Huawei Mate S, because although it has 4 less processing cores (although they are faster), and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a graphics processor.
