The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a global score of 83.3, which is much better than Huawei Mate S's 75.3 global score. The Xiaomi Mi 8 body is noticeably newer than Huawei Mate S's, although it is a little thicker and somewhat heavier. Xiaomi Mi 8 features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate S, because it has a just a bit better pixels density, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2248px and a bit larger display.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features much more memory to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate S, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity.
