Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate S, having an 80.3 score against 75.3. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is way newer than Huawei Mate S, it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate S, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340, a just a little better display density and a little larger screen.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Huawei Mate S both count with incredibly similar processing units, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a larger aperture for better low-light images and videos, a way larger camera sensor capturing way better quality photos and videos, a much more mega-pixels back camera and higher 120 fps video frame rates.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate S, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate S, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2700mAh.
