Comparison review
Huawei Mate X has a score of 89.4, which is a little bit better than iPhone 8 Plus's 87.1 global score. The Huawei Mate X design is a lot newer than iPhone 8 Plus's, although it is noticeably thicker and heavier. IPhone 8 Plus has just a bit better display than Huawei Mate X, although it has a just a bit less pixels per display inch, a really smaller screen and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px.
The Huawei Mate X features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 256 GB more internal storage. IPhone 8 Plus features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 2 less and slower cpu cores, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a superior camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a back camera with much less megapixels resolution and a much smaller back camera sensor, they both have the same diafragm aperture. The Huawei Mate X counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the iPhone 8 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 8 Plus. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the iPhone 8 Plus, resigning a couple features and specs.
